PHILOSOFFEE began when a boy from the coast of Kerala fell in love with a girl from the mountains of Coorg.
The rest is told through our coffee.
We brew exclusively with 100% Arabica from select shade-grown estates in Coorg, cultivated above 3,000 feet and medium roasted to bring out balanced acidity, rich aroma, and natural sweetness.
Every cup is crafted with care—whether brewed by hand or pulled as espresso—following international standards to let the coffee speak for itself.
We've brewed exclusively with 100% Arabica since the day we opened in 2021.
